اذكار الصباح,The adhkaar of morning.

"God, I ask you forgiveness and healing in this world and the hereafter, God, I ask you forgiveness and wellness, Denny and dniay and native, and Mali, o my private parts, and ester roaati, o Lord, keep out of my hands, and from the rear, on the right, and on the North, and from me, and I seek refuge with the Majesty of the Undertow assassinated."
